From what I heard the admin at unfr.pw is a psycho. First of all you get banned for the smallest things. Second the Admins wants you to pay him 60€ because he needs it for his server fees. I heard from 2 french people that they first payed and 2-3 months later were banned because of "breaking the rules". There are other french usenet alternatives.
